Law Office of Nadine Jean-Gilles, LLC
Dedicated to Ensuring Your Voice is Heard

Attorney & Managing Partner Jean-Gilles
Attorney Nadine Jean-Gilles was born in the small town of Mombin Crochu, Haiti, where she witnessed firsthand the harsh realities of indentured servitude and the exploitation of children as Restaveks. These early experiences instilled in her a deep sense of justice and a lifelong commitment to advocating for the underprivileged.
At age ten, she immigrated to the United States — an experience that would later give her firsthand insight into the challenges of the immigration process. While pursuing her education at Pace University, she interned with the U.S. Department of Probation, where she was first exposed to the complexities of the American legal system. It was her own journey to U.S. citizenship, however, that truly opened her eyes to the difficulties immigrants face.
Determined to amplify the voices of the voiceless, Nadine earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in 2010. As an immigration and family law attorney, she draws on her own experience as an immigrant to advocate for the most vulnerable members of her community, ensuring they receive fair and equal representation.
Nadine remains steadfast in her mission to empower individuals and families — helping them overcome legal hurdles, secure their rights, and pursue the opportunities they came here for.
